Before contacting support

Include the details that identify the problem.

A precise report usually leads to a more useful answer. Please include:

  • Meshworthy version and macOS version.
  • Mac model or Apple silicon generation when performance is relevant.
  • File format: STL, OBJ, 3MF, or PLY.
  • The operation, exact message, and steps that produced the issue.
  • What you expected and what happened instead.
Protect confidential models

Start without attaching the model. If a file is needed, support will explain what to send. Share only files you own or are authorized to disclose.

Availability

Meshworthy is currently in pre-launch development.

Meshworthy is not yet publicly available in the Mac App Store. The changelog is the canonical source for development status and release updates. Launch notifications are available from the website; support never requires a paid subscription.

System requirements

Built for Apple silicon Macs.

Meshworthy is a macOS application for Apple silicon. The final minimum macOS version will be listed on the Mac App Store product page and in release notes before public availability. Core model inspection and preparation are designed to work without an internet connection.

Troubleshooting

Use a safe, repeatable first check.

  1. 1
    Preserve the source.

Work from a copy and do not overwrite the only version of a model.

  2. 2
    Confirm versions.

Record the Meshworthy and macOS versions before reproducing the issue.

  3. 3
    Repeat one operation.

Reopen the source and reproduce the smallest sequence that causes the unexpected result.

  4. 4
    Verify the exported file.

Reopen the file saved to disk and compare its dimensions, shells, diagnostics, and visible result.

  5. 5
    Send the evidence.

Include the exact message and reproduction steps when emailing support.

Purchases

Mac App Store billing and restoration.

The planned launch model is a free download with an optional one-time Meshworthy Pro unlock. The planned US price is $19.99; the final local price and availability shown by Apple at purchase time control. Pro is not planned as a recurring subscription.

After release, purchases and restoration will use the Apple ID associated with the App Store transaction. Meshworthy has no separate license account. Billing, receipts, refunds, and purchase-history questions are handled through Apple’s purchase services.

Common questions

Quick answers.

Does Meshworthy replace my slicer?+

No. Meshworthy prepares and verifies model files. Your slicer still creates supports, print settings, toolpaths, and G-code.

Do I need to send my model for support?+

No. Begin with the file format, Meshworthy and macOS versions, the reported diagnostic, and the result you expected. Send a model only if support requests it and you are authorized to share it.

Why can a repaired model still fail in a slicer?+

Watertightness is only one check. Scale, wall thickness, feature size, self-intersections, disconnected shells, or slicer-specific interpretation can still require review.

Where are purchases handled?+

Meshworthy purchases are processed through the Mac App Store. Meshworthy does not receive full payment-card details or operate a separate license account.
